I am passionate about helping leaders and teams transform their potential. I believe potential is not something fixed we live up to, but a dynamic capacity we create and bring to life every day.

 After 17 years in  leadership roles at a Fortune 500 company, I started my own coaching and consulting practice specializing in three areas; accelerating leadership transitions, creating unstoppable teams and strategic communication for nerds. I love the challenge of communicating across disciplines, e.g.  research and commercial, cutting-edge technology and product development.  I believe most challenges in front of humanity require a team of specialists and the key to success is mutual respect and effective communication.

I was born in India, did my PhD. in Molecular Biology at Brandeis University, and post-doctoral research at the Salk Institute in San Diego.  After my studies, I went back to India to build and lead a research team at the DuPont Knowledge Center in Hyderabad.  I currently live in Johnston, Iowa with my wife, daughter, and Nemo-our always playful goldendoodle. 

I love to read, run & meditate and try hard not to do all three at the same time!
